Pest and Dry Rot inspections by licensed home inspectors in Vancouver, WA.Justin Christ is a licensed Structural Pest Inspector and is able to sign off on loans through both the federal government and some bank loan programs. This additional licensing is a critical distinction between all of the home inspectors at Nonprofit Home Inspections and other companies in the area. If a home inspector is not also a licensed Structural Pest Inspector, they may not be able to sign off on your loan documents. This can add additional time and expense to the home inspection process if you are required to have your home reinspected by a properly licensed Structural Pest Inspector. To be safe, it’s always better to hire a home inspector who is also a licensed Structural Pest Inspector.
