Reduced Fee Application
This form is to help process applications for reduced fees for Nonprofit Home Inspections' services. This program is designed to help ensure that low and moderate income households have the opportunity to have critical home inspection services performed on their homes. Please only complete this form when you have all of the documentation available and ready to upload (i.e. letter confirming participation in another home buyer program or tax returns). Please block out or delete your social security number from any documents provided. Information you provide us with be kept confidential, but you give us permission to confirm information with other reliable sources as necessary.
Please answer all of the questions honestly and completely. Misrepresenting household income or the number of members in your household would be considered fraud. The individual(s) listed on this application must match the name(s) that will be listed on the title for the property when the purchase has been completed. If the name on the title is different when checked after the purchase is complete, the applicant(s) will be responsible for the full inspection fee plus any collection fees.
