Home Inspector Reviews

Home inspector reviews can be critical in your search for an outstanding home inspector for your home purchase in Oregon or Washington.  Nonprofit Home Inspections is unique in the home inspection industry for a number of reasons, but most notably because we have never paid for an advertisement nor have we ever marketed our services to real estate agents.  All of our business comes from positive experiences and referrals from clients like you.

While many home inspectors understand their tremendous responsibility to their clients, some view the minimum requirements set by the state as their standard inspection.  As a mission driven nonprofit organization, we are not profit driven and always strive to go above and beyond what’s required by the state in order to give our clients outstanding, very detailed home inspections.  This attention to detail is reflected in the reviews left by our clients on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Angie’s List, Openbook, and more.  Home inspector reviews like these are critical in helping you make an informed decision about who will inspect your next home.  Please check out our home inspector reviews and let us know how we can be of service to you.

Russ was an awesome inspector! He was professional and very detailed on the inspection he did for a condo for us. We can’t say enough good about the experience and the full detailed report that is so helpful. We will use Russ in the future and we highly recommend him to our family friends.

Money totally well spent! We were so impressed by the quality of the inspection and the report. Our inspector (Tom Walther) was very professional and knowledgeable and kind to have a very long phone call with me to walk me through every detail of the inspection. I highly recommend nonprofit Home inspections (don't look further!!). Same day report was amazing. Thank you!!

I was impressed with Russ's professionalism from the start. The gear he used gave a more detailed reveal of the house. He gave a detailed report and was very thorough. I believe this is the way to go with an inspection on any place you are going to buy. I highly recommend Russ and Non Profit Home Inspections to anyone!

Very impressed by Nonprofit Home Inspections, top to bottom. They worked in perfect coordination with our realtor and scheduled the inspection quickly. The reports we received were incredibly thorough (and timely), with a host of recommendations. Tom, our inspector, walked me and my wife through the inspection report, patiently responding to our questions in language that we two very unhandy people could understand. Highly recommended.

Reggie did an amazing job inspecting our home. He was thorough and very helpful. I found Nonprofit Home inspections because of a referral from my brother. He loved the organization because of their story and mission, and the quality of the work. I highly recommend going with Reggie. His detailed report not only helped us make an informed decision but also gave us a to-do list for our home.

Extremely thorough and professional home inspection. We utilized Nonprofit Home Inspections for two inspections. Their professionalism and high quality reports (with video included) help us sleep at night knowing that nothing slipped through cracks. Highly recommend!

Wow. Reggie was incredibly thorough in his inspection. I can't say enough about the quality of his work. It is outstanding. The report is detailed with problems and recommendations. You can then go in to their software and make a "request list" that you can give to your seller and use as negotiating leverage.

I cannot say enough good things about Adam at Nonprofit Home Inspections. As everyone knows, buying a house can be a very stressful time, especially when it is your first house. My husband and I were on a very tight timeline to get our inspection completed and submitted and Adam very willingly carved out time in his schedule to get us in with only 48 hour notice. Two of my best friends had just recently gone through the home buying experience and they had shared their negative experiences with the inspection process. I had pretty low expectations for mine. But Adam completely blew my husband and me away with his thoroughness and professionalism. He checked EVERYTHING! My husband has years of experience in the building trades and was ready to put in the work and inspect the house for himself if he didn't feel the inspection was thorough enough. But there was no need as all our fears and worries were allayed. After Adam took us through his initial findings, I immediately felt relieved that our house was up to par. We plan on living in the house for decades to come, but we know that when the time comes to sell, we'll be recommending Nonprofit Home Inspections to do the inspection for the buyer.
