Cody Farr Baenziger, CMI®
Cody is a graduate of the University or Oregon where he majored in environmental studies and sociology. He has many years of experience working as a forest technician where he performed environmental surveys throughout Oregon and Washington.
Cody has always been interested in the opportunities and needs of different communities as they relate to environmental viability. He believes that home inspectors are given a unique insight into these issues and therefore an opportunity to be able to provide a much-needed service. Additionally, Cody’s interest in sociology and the socioeconomic impacts on lower income and underrepresented populations are what drew him to a nonprofit home inspection company that helps under-served populations.
Working for Nonprofit Home Inspections has allowed Cody to be trained by highly skilled and detail-oriented home inspectors. His mission is to be precise, attentive, and personable while providing an essential service that facilitates the ability of clients to make informed decisions.
