Dylan Moore, CPI ®
Dylan Moore is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI # 2727), a Washington Licensed Home Inspector (WAHI # 23021912), a Washington Structural Pest Inspector (WASPI # 108094) and a Certified Professional Inspector ® through InterNACHI. Dylan is a graduate of Nonprofit Home Inspections’ Washington Home Inspector Training program.
Dylan is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in social science, specializing in law. His journey began working in construction during college summers. These experiences instilled a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of safe and sustainable building practices. He combines his training and education with hands-on experience to provide exceptional service as a home inspector.
Dylan’s mission goes beyond just inspecting homes; it is about making a positive impact. He has a profound love for the outdoors and a genuine commitment to giving back to the community, especially to those who need it most. Early in his career, when working for large corporations that encourages community service, he became a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity where he developed a firm believe that safe housing should be a fundamental right, accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.
