Please follow the instructions below.  When you have finished, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please call us at 503-505-7879 to confirm your appointment. Your confirmation email will include an inspection agreement link and a payment link. The inspection agreement must be signed and payment made within 48 hours of scheduling in order to hold your appointment.

The scheduler will display the availability of inspectors based on the home’s address and the services requested. For example, if a Vancouver, WA address is entered, it will only show our home inspectors who are licensed for home inspections in Washington. If you would like, you can enter the inspection address to view potential availability for all inspectors without completing an inspection request.
